About the course

The National EPP Response Management course gives an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the CCEPP and NMG committees and their members.

What you’ll learn

On completion of this course you will have an understanding of:

  • the purpose and responsibilities of the CCEPP and the NMG
  • the key responsibilities of individual CCEPP and NMG members
  • the identification and negotiation of key decision points in an Incident.

Course content

  • Module 1: Introduction
  • Module 2: Roles and functions of the committees in the Investigation and Alert Phase
  • Module 3: Roles and functions of the committees in the Operational & Stand Down Phases
  • Module 4: Your responsibilities and duties as a committee member
  • Module 5: Final Assessment.
