About the course

This module provides initial and just in time training for induction into emergency animal disease (EAD) biosecurity response specifically relating to managing movement controls.

Course content

This module is designed to prepare you for working with movement controls within a biosecurity response team.

  The module will cover:

  • Movement controls overview
  • Movement permits
  • Response role structure
  • Additional resources for reference

The module uses scenarios and quizzes to highlight and consolidate the participant’s learning. At the completion of this training module there will be a certificate of completion that may be printed

What you’ll learn

This course is for anyone who wants to understand the key considerations for managing movement controls in an emergency response or someone with responsibility to review and issue movement permits in a biosecurity response.
