About the course

During a biosecurity emergency response, the Industry Liaison role is a vital link between government and industry that provides critical information to a lead agency to inform response actions. The role of an industry liaison is varied, dynamic and important to response success and supporting an affected industry back to business as usual.

Any individual who will be undertaking the function of Industry Liaison Officer (ILO) or Industry Liaison Coordinator (ILC) during a plant biosecurity response should complete this course.
